Once the camera stops rolling, this is where the footage gets to work. We take what you already have for video footage (and Troy's productions) and turn it into a 7-day-a-week presence across the platforms you want to increase attention on and gain following.

This isn't a generic agency model. You get a dedicated team trained on our content system  — we handle trend research, caption writing, content repurposing, and publishing — so every piece of footage is multiplied into 5–10 social-ready video assets without burning Troy’s time.

OPT 1: The Flight Plan — $2,500/month

The core retainer. Built for consistent growth.

  • 5–7 short-form posts per week (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)  — scales to 2–3/day as your content library grows (that would be an upgrade)

  • Trend research, strategy, and content angles

  • Caption writing, hashtag strategy, on-brand copy

  • Publishing & scheduling across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn

  • Monthly strategy + performance report

  • Direct line to Andy for ideation and creative direction


OPT 2: Tailwind — scale add-on when 5–7/week isn't enough.

Bump cadence to 2 posts/day across all major platforms

  • Additional editor capacity as needed

  • Pricing scales with volume (additional editor seats start at ~$1,500/month)

OPT 3: The Hangar Sessions — podcast launch + amplification 

(needs quote, depending on direction, if Troy shoots and hands us footage and it is one off the 5-7 posts per week, no extra charge but if we are on sight or need more than listed above we would need to quote)

This would blend with Option 2
The "Diary of a CEO" style series we discussed — shot in-hangar, in-cockpit, etc.

Strategy + launch plan for the podcast:

  • Each episode clipped into 15–30 short-form assets

  • Distribution to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media

  • Show notes, transcripts, and SEO-optimized episode pages

  • Quote graphics + thumbnail design

  • Pricing scoped to episode cadence (monthly or quarterly retainer)

OPTION 4: Wheels Up — listing & campaign sprints


(if we are taking footage from Troy and creating social posts and fills in the 5-7 posts per week no extra charge, if we are creating long form, YouTube Style videos then we would need to quote that.)

For new helicopter listings, events, and high-stakes launches.

  • Coordinated multi-platform launch sequence tied to a specific listing

  • Paid amplification (Meta + YouTube) with creative testing

  • Custom landing pages with lead capture tied to your CRM

  • Pricing case-by-case based on scope

So my typical film/photo production packages range $15k to $25k for helicopter brands for a couple/few days of documentary style filming, Netflix style exec interviews, flight lines, hangars, cockpits, and so on. So let’s see how we can work this with how Aero Asset does business…

OPT 1: The Monaco

What I’m thinking here is we just land on a reasonable percentage to pay for your high-stakes shots. Assuming your own brokerage rates are a percentage of each listing price, we could do the same for my rate. Bake me in per listing, and pass on the cost to the seller. Like this:

For every listing I shoot, my fee is 0.25% (one half of one percent or a multiple of .0025) of the advertised aircraft sale price. So, some shoots I make less, some I make more. Keeps pace with your current structure, or maybe it’s offered as a premier add-on service:

  • Again, my percentage baked into your brokerage fee back to the seller (not out of Aero Asset’s commission)

  • Yes, some shoots I’ll make less but some I’ll make more just like you. Could be $5k, could be $25k. Depends on the aircraft listing. I roll those dice with the averages in mind for my own revenue.

  • We can work out how & when I’m paid, but I’d prefer 50% to kick off the project, then 50% at media pack delivery (not after the aircraft sells).

  • Aero Asset pays 100% of *my travel fees for aircraft listings up to $5M. Above $5M, I pay 100% (anywhere worldwide)

  • Andy’s team does post-production on videos, but I’m involved in the creative direction. I’ll handle post-production of photos.

This option includes helicopter industry proven content strategy from me during pre-production and production!

*I prefer my travel to be booked by me then reimbursed. Open to other scenarios though.


OPT 2: Give Me a Pint

If my 0.25% per shoot isn’t a fit, you can pour from what’s already on tap for other clients: $15k per shoot, no matter the helicopter listing price…

  • Includes gear and all travel expenses in the US/CAN (international travel is on Aero Asset)

  • No need to do any math, I’m just on repeat every time you pull the handle. Troy, give me a pint!


OPT 3: Narrative Naranja

If there's a big Aero Asset appetite + budget for me leading media in 2026-27, we can get creative on costs with that kind of big commitment. In this scenario, you like me leading, but you don’t like passing my .25% production rate along to the seller. So, let’s explore booking me longterm on retainer/monthly agreement since there will be consistent involvement. I can’t give you a specific rate until we you forecast how many film & photo packages you’ll need, so do confirm that 40 aircraft media packages (+ how many other special projects) is your number if you like this one.

Note: this could even become more of a storytelling package, leaning on my branding background to help drive the Aero Asset story with strategic narrative behind the content…and of course the content capture itself.


OPT 4: Chef’s Copter-Special

This is your essentials package. In this scenario, Aero Asset wants to selectively pull me in just for strategic initiatives and/or high profile listings, but enough of a pace to elevate your premium brand to the next level. Not all your media, but your *essential media* that MUST have high impact. You get the idea. How many of those are there? Maybe it’s just a handful of projects every 12 months with the rest of your media shot in-house or quickly on-site.

OPT 1 of 1: The Usual

Seems like these would all be billed the same, so we’re back for another pint! My standard fee. $15k per shoot with travel & gear included (US/CAN). Scale the cost up slightly if we need me on site longer than a few days. No other options really. The 0.25% doesn’t make sense here either since nothing is being sold.

  • We can scale this cost down if the shoot happens to be a small need for just a few shots. We can evaluate case by case but in the main, $15k is your cost for a “profile shoot” that feels like some of my others:

Deliverables for all packages

Every listing and every sepecial project will be a package of media uploaded to the cloud for our edits and final distribution online:

  • Long form 16:9 wide format: 1-10 minutes (whatever runtime is needed), - full documentary edit, score, color grade, flight line, hangar, lighting, audio, expert interviews

  • Short Reels 9:16 vertical format: :10 sec to :30 for social media

  • Drone aerials (coming soon!)

  • Various camera types used

PHOTO ASSETS

  • 4k stills from film cameras

  • 35 megapixels from photo cameras (6-7k equivalent)

  • Drone aerial photos 20-48MP (coming soon!)

  • Various camera types used

  • All post-processed/edited for prime time

OTHER ASSETS

  • BTS media from shoot day(s)

  • Written transcript, sourced from interview audio, for Aero Asset story-driven quotes

Parting Thought
